Ponte Vedra High announced June 17 that Tom Stanton resigned as head baseball coach. He had been the only head coach the varsity baseball program had known, having been in the role since the school opened. During his tenure, the Sharks won a FHSAA state title in 2013 and many players went on to play both in college and professionally.
